Orientation and guided intention setting open the retreat, helping you arrive grounded and ready to receive. Gentle practices such as yoga, breathwork, and meditation are woven throughout to support balance and reflection. Time in nature, including a visit to a nearby waterfall, invites connection with the land and a sense of peace.
