Each day begins with a blend of Dynamic Meditation, Qi Gong, and Yin Yoga, intentionally sequenced to support detoxification, emotional release, and energetic alignment. These practices work in harmony to prepare your body and mind for the depth of the plant medicine journey.

Kambo is the secretion of the Amazonian Phyllomedusa bicolor frog — a powerful purgative medicine used traditionally by Indigenous tribes to cleanse the body, mind, and spirit.
