Sisters of the Earth is a sacred 4-day Grandmother Vine Ceremony retreat crafted for women who feel the call to release what no longer serves them and to remember who they truly are. Guided by the ancient wisdom of Grandmother Vine and the heart-opening medicine of the Rose, we gather in devotional sisterhood: in ceremony, in circle, in creativity, in celebration.
Together, we honour the fullness of what it means to live and grow as a woman in today's world. The grief and the joy. The conditioning and the liberation. The suppression held in our bodies and the fierce, tender beauty of releasing it. This retreat holds space for all of it, with love, compassion, and deep reverence for the feminine.

From arrival to final share, this is not just a retreat it is a journey. An intentional, nurturing container designed to take you deep within, to reconnect with self, to be held in the medicine, and to emerge transformed in the company of your sisters.
Rose is one of the highest vibrational plants on Earth a plant of the heart, revered across cultures for millennia for her profound ability to open us to love, to compassion, to grief, and to the tenderest, most sacred parts of ourselves. She is at once fierce and gentle, thorned and blooming much like the women who gather in this circle.
Rose comes to us not only as a flower but as a master plant ally, carrying teachings that go far beyond beauty. One of her most profound and often unexpected gifts is her wisdom around healthy boundaries. Rose knows both bloom and thorn. She reminds us that true love of self and of others requires the clarity and courage to know what we will and will not allow. She teaches us to soften without losing ourselves, to hold our edges with grace rather than hardness, and to honour our own needs as sacred. In a circle of women, this teaching lands with particular power.
Rose carries extraordinary healing qualities: she soothes the nervous system, opens the heart centre, supports emotional release, and connects us to a quality of love that is both ancient and deeply personal. Her frequency invites us to receive to be worthy of beauty, of tenderness, of care.
Throughout this retreat, Rose is woven into every layer of the experience. We open our first circle together with a Rose Tea a warm, heart-centred invitation to arrive, to soften, and to set intention. She will also be present in our Traditional Flower Bath, her petals mingling with Thai sacred flowers in a ritual cleansing that prepares each woman's body and spirit for the journey ahead. Rose weaves through the ceremonies, the sharing circles, the creative expression, and the quiet moments of integration in between.
Rose opens the heart to receive and to release. She whispers: you are worthy of love, exactly as you are.
Each woman receives a single red rose upon arrival a symbol of her own beauty, her own unfolding, her own remembering. That rose will travel with her through the 4 days of this journey, finding its final resting place on the sacred Earth Altar we build together offered back to the land with love, gratitude, and the prayers of every heart in the circle.
Each day unfolds with intention. Some sessions may be gently adapted to honour the flow of the group's experience and the medicine.

This retreat is a sacred space created to honour the full arc of the feminine lived experience. We open the circle to women who carry within them the stories, the transitions, the wisdom, and the wounds of a life lived in a woman's body from the first stirrings of girlhood through every season of growth, change, and becoming.
We hold space for the experiences unique to us: the health challenges, the hormonal journeys, the path through menopause and into the wisdom years. The labours of motherhood of children, of communities, of loved ones. The grief of dreams deferred and the conditioning placed quietly upon us from the very beginning.
Here, there is space for all of it. To be witnessed without judgment. To be held without having to hold everyone else. To release what no longer belongs to you and to receive what has always been yours.
No prior experience with plant medicine is required. You need only the call and the willingness to show up exactly as you are.
Our Day 3 Cacao Ceremony is something truly special and unlike anything else in this retreat. While the Grandmother Vine ceremonies are held within the intimate sanctuary of our retreat container, the Cacao Ceremony opens its doors to the wider community. All from our community are warmly welcomed to come and stand in witness of the women who have journeyed.
All are invited to bring a song, a poem, or something beautiful to offer to the circle a moment of love, of witness, of shared celebration. This ceremony is, at its heart, a honouring of the feminine of every woman who has had the courage to go inward, to sit in the fire, and to emerge renewed.
Retreat participants are invited to come dressed in their most beautiful Earth Goddess attire flowing, earthy, feminine, and wholly themselves. Come as the woman you are remembering yourself to be. Come adorned. Come radiant. Come celebrating the fullness of you.
The medicine keeps working long after the final ceremony. Throughout the retreat, integration is woven into every day through the morning sharing circles, the creative art expression, the quiet time, and the restorative practices designed to help you land what you've received and embody the shifts you've made.
In the weeks that follow, we continue to walk alongside you. Post-retreat integration support is included as part of your journey with us, ensuring that what opens in ceremony has the care and space to become lasting, lived transformation.
